We invite 13 women to join our full moon and new moon circles. In this sacred sister circle, we will heal the divine feminine across generations by turning inward, and going through the cosmic void within to bring forth healing light for the collective. With intentionality, magic, and the energies of the moon, we will create a powerful force of love and expansion within our circle that we can share with the world.

Sound baths are a light, yet deeply meditative healing modality. By using singing bowls and other instruments, we will shift your focus inward as the frequencies do their magic. Set a clear intention, close your eyes, and relax.

Kundalini yoga is an ancient practice that is activated within through the power of movement and breath. With the intention of deepening your connection with your practice and expression, you will experience the deeply healing and transformative properties of Kundalini energy.

In this workshop, we will use the power of creation to open our hearts and express our inner child. As we start with a short meditation, you will settle into the comforts of having no expectations. At the end of our artistic journey, you have the option to share your art if you feel called.

By using the power of deep breathing. techniques, such as the Wim Hof method, we will drop into a deeply meditative and transformative state for healing and spiritual growth.
